40 Gb/s Ultra-fast InGaAs PIN Diodes


Description:

The DSC10ER are ultra-fast InGaAs PIN photodiodes in fiber coupled, hermetically sealed, high reliability modules.  The DSC10ER uses the 1.85 mm type V* connector to reach above 55 GHz.  These devices are well suited for high-speed test instrumentation and telecommunications optical receiver applications.  The component module may be packaged in Lab Buddy for lab use, protecting the fiber and photodiode from accidental damage in the lab due to mishandling or incorrect power supplies.
