Space Qualified Low Capacitance InGaAs Photodiodes to 1 GHz
Space Qualified InGaAs Photodiodes to 1 GHz
Description:
The 290 and 350 micron diameter, low capacitance photodiodes have been specifically designed for a variety of space applications, from comparatively benign Low Earth Orbit radiation environment to deep space missions outside Earth’s protective magnetosphere. These photodiode modules utilize Discovery’s high-reliability InGaAs photodiode technology and are available in multiple packaging options for fibered and free space coupled systems.
